1. Drink 2 glasses of water within 30 minutes of waking up
Since you’ve been asleep for hours, your body has not gotten water for 6-9 hours. Water is needed for the filtration of waste products and fluid balance. Two big glasses of water offset the fluid deficit you had from neo skin lab derma21 sleeping. Studies on kids (study 1, study 2) show that drinking more water increases their ability to complete mental tasks. Make sure your brain is not dehydrated at the beginning of the day already.

2. Read a book summary during breakfast
Reading books is great, but breakfast is far more suitable neo skin lab derma21 for something shorter. Instead of reading news articles that have little impact on your life/intelligence, read best selling book summaries. You can find summaries by:

The Truth of Life: Success Comes with Tenacity

2016年08月10日

Human Abilities Are Limitless
Nowadays many people cannot make a progress, because they underestimate the potential of human mind and body. According to the research, human brain doesn’t work at full capacity. Scientists prove that the brain of an average person uses nearly 3-5 % of its abilities. But when you think and do something, the activity of your brain increases. Consequently, those people who think a lot and develop their abilities daily have more chances to succeed.
Have you ever imagined what abilities people would have if they used their brains to their full capacity? I think they would fly or read the thoughts of other people. I’ve noticed an interesting thing. When I feel blue or worried, my brain becomes extremely productive. I can easily find solutions to different issues and cope with a large amount of information. Now I know that my brain is capable of more than I realize.
My granny always taught me to do as much things as possible in my early life, because my future depends on the things I’ve done in present moments of life. She told that life could open up all the roads to me if I made enough efforts to succeed in something. I’d like everyone to believe in their abilities and work a lot, because the path to success can be thorny and enduring.
Don’t Think Too Much, Just Act!
My friend is a born analyst. She has a habit to analyze and mull over everything that happens in her life, especially problems. I always advise her to screw up courage and act, instead of focusing on unnecessary info that has a retarding effect on her personal development. She cannot follow my advice, because she’s the one who wants to get everything in life at once, but it happens very rare. I’m sure that every job or other life affairs require us to go through various difficulties.
The process of overcoming barriers has two stages: mental and physical. The first stage includes mental work. You have to sum up your thoughts and create a plan of certain actions that will help you achieve desirable results. Moreover, it’s important to clear your mind of negative and obsessive thoughts, because uncontrolled flow of thoughts can completely confuse you. The second stage demands concrete actions and physical efforts in order to make your plan a reality. Step by step, your persistent actions will lead to positive results and improvement. No matter what type of temperament you have, persistent work is a guarantee of your success.
Even when I get upset, I remember the favorite phrase of my former teacher, “Deeds, not words.” I always go forward, because my choice is to live like a champion.
Ask for Help
Sometimes people go through the times when it’s extremely hard to break the ice without somebody’s help or support. As far as I know, human brain has a direct communication with the universe. All human thoughts and desires turn into signals. The universe can assist in everything and create conditions for you to reach your goals. All you have to do is to visualize your success and imagine that your life is changing for better. If you lack imagination and motivation, then try to create a visualization board. Hang it in front of your work place and you’ll have an opportunity to see and visualize your dreams during the whole day.
Many of my friends try to draw inspiration and power to live with a help of meditation and yoga techniques. They find mediation an essential part of their mental development. Furthermore, it motivates them to lead active and healthy lifestyle. They say that today it’s very important to keep control of thoughts and mediation is the best way to be on the positive wave.
When I’m confused and don’t know how to behave in different situations, I often ask the heavens for help. I’ve understood that without certain actions and faith in myself, nothing will get the ball rolling. When I blame somebody for something, I feel that I hurt myself and people around me.
I’ve always wondered why people realize the simple truths of life better, when they fall in despair. Why not follow the rules and improve your life, when everything is okay? It seems I know the answer to this complicated question. When everything is wonderful, people cannot understand and accept simple and true things due to the influence of fears. Various fears make us confused and uncertain. In moments of solitude and despair, human conscious mind is able to perceive the truth more effectively.
In conclusion, I’d like to say that nothing is impossible in this life. Every time I face problems, I remember that success comes with tenacity. I won’t get anything, until I make enough efforts. The more I want, the more I have to work. No matter how many tears or pain the success costs, I try to take courage in both hands and fight for it. How do you motivate yourself when you decide to do something significant? Share your experiences!

Mastering the Unseen Forces That Shape Our Destiny

The Internal Dialogue: You and Your Thoughts are Different From One Another

What Pam is experiencing in the example above is her internal Dream beauty pro hard sell dialogue masquerading as thoughts in her mind. This particular conversation is between a harsh critical voice and her self doubt. And like Pam, all of us have some variation of this internal struggle, whether we like to acknowledge it or not. The key is whether we identify with it as who we are.

If you have ever been conflicted about something and were of two minds about it, you have experienced the internal dialogue first hand. Most of us simply pay it no mind and believe that “it is only our thoughts running through our mind”. However, not being aware of it or not understanding it does not stop the force it exerts over your life. It drives our lives. It is like driving on a freeway while looking through binoculars. You are at the mercy of chance to see and understand the world you are attempting to negotiate.

The Internal Dialogue Goes Underground

Most of us are aware of this internal dialogue, but we push it away (much like Pam in the example above). We never mention it to others because of what they might think. This is our loss. Gaining a window into this internal dialogue is essential if we want to discover a deeper purpose, meaning, and joy for our lives. As we learn to observe the voices that lie beneath our thoughts, the transformation of body, mind, and Spirit becomes possible. Learning about these voices within the self is crucial for creating lasting transformation.

There is a lot at stake in this inner struggle going on within the internal dialogue. Staying mindless keeps Pam (and us) aimlessly drifting in the currents of life. Things happen repetitively that we do not understand. What is revealed in Pam’s internal dialogue is that the self is composed of a number of voices – some good, some bad. Let us explore this further.

Like Pam, many of us don’t even realize that an internal dialogue is happening in our mind. This is what I call “mindlessness”. To be blind to the internal dialogue of the mind is to be swept along on the unseen currents of life. Those who are swept along are blind to it – and to its power. Others hear an almost inaudible whisper that is moving too fast to comprehend. Still others hear the internal dialogue and it makes them uncomfortable and they do not understand it. So they avoid listening to it, and this limits their lives.

The Internal Dialogue Creates the Box of Our Comfort Zone

Instead they will distract themselves so that they are not aware of Dream beauty pro hard sell it. They busy themselves with work, conquest, exercise, drugs, sex, the latest toy, or whatever is necessary to distance themselves from the discomfort of getting out of their comfort zone. Others come to live in fear of the negative assessment machine in their mind and shrink their lives into a comfort zone so that they will not be noticed. The comfort zone locks them into familiar, habitual ways and they get stuck in old repeating patterns. This is called a self-fulfilling prophesy.

Very few people learn how to observe the internal dialogue, question it, and explore the design of its nature. It is through the exploration of these voices within the mind that we set ourselves free of their control over our lives and tap into the potential that lies buried within us. There are some negative aspects of the self that have to be observed and confronted, and there are some powerful parts of the self that we need to awaken. It is in awakening these Dream beauty pro hard sell empowering parts of the self that we change the historical script of our life and find new life.

We have to become aware of the war being waged in our minds. Once we grasp that thinking is simply a biological activity, a powerful question can surface – who, or what, is in control of the perception and thinking apparatus of our mind? The answer will surprise you. Thought is important, but it is the voice (or aspect of the self) that controls the thought that keeps us from becoming who we were born to be and transforming the potential of our lives.
